Due to DEER SEASON, Peter McDonald's upstate cutter/packager will be closed until Dec. 15. Rather than not carry Peter's spectacular grass-finished beef during this festive time of year, we are going to have our cows shipped to us frozen until they re-open.
If your steak seems a little stiff, just defrost overnight in the fridge (or quick-defrost in a bowl of trickling water in your kitchen sink).
Please do not re-freeze this beef.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Everything'll be back to normal on Dec. 17.
