This lovely family-run business in Tarrytown, NY just began delivering to us this weekend, but they've been making pizza dough for three decades and we think they've got a product worthy of making our own pizza. The dough is sold fresh but you can freeze it for later use -- I've done it, it thaws beautifully. Pile on some locally grown PSFC produce and you'll have yourself a delicious local pizza. Birrittella's Fresh Pizza Dough comes in two varieties, original and whole wheat. Look for it in the packaged cheese case... next to the fresh mozzarella, of course!
