Lamb is back--got our first delivery in some time this morning. All cuts--round, stew, steaks, chops both loin & rib, boneless leg of lamb and shoulder roast. Total of four sacrificial lambs.

    What ever happened to the lamb sausage? We had it just once, as far as I could tell. It was seasoned with mint, among other things. I think it came from an upstate farm, but I can't be sure.

    (I'm not thinking of the merguez sausage that we get from time to time).
